We are out of towners and stay here at least once (sometimes twice) a year to visit the breweries and wineries in the area and Distinctive Inns never disappoints! The staff are amazing and very accommodating. The little details all throughout your stay add to the experience. The brewery attached to the inn is great. They have amazing beer and food and even have cocktails and wine for the non beer drinkers. They have events during the week (live music and trivia nights), that add to the fun! The location is also perfect to visit the area's many wineries, breweries and amazing restaurants. Keep up the amazing work!
We absolutely love staying at Distinctive Inns of Kingsville! We have family in the area and it our "go to" spot to stay when we are down to visit! My husband and I and our 2 sons always book the brew master's suite (2 queen beds and a bath)- it's super cute and funky (not your typical boring looking room)- everything is SUPER clean, room is quiet, the text message check-in and communication is easy and the staff are efficient and friendly! Highly recommend especially because Kingsville's downtown has become so interesting with all the shops, restaurants, etc. Do yourself a favour and book this incredible hotel!
I am fortunate enough to stay here whenever I’m in town. The rooms are unique and clean! The snacks are a wonderful treat. The banded goose brewery which is attached has amazing food and drinks! I enjoy my stay every time
When I was told where I would be staying I was very skeptical. I do have a reputation of being a diva when it comes to staying places. I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The place is beautiful and elegant. The accommodations were so very comfortable. The entire place is very clean. I loved how quiet the area was. I was the envy of my friends that were staying at brand name hotels. I will definitely want to stay there again when I am back in the area.
We loved our stay at Heart and Hops, great place for a quick getaway. We stayed in the Taproom Retreat. Room was very spacious, very clean. Location was perfect for a night's stay. Everything within walking distance. If you're looking for a fun, easy Essex County night away, check out Heart and Hops. And if you love a good local brewery, with plenty of Canadian pub charm, Banded Goose is a must.
This was a great experience. We got a package stay which included the room as well as a gift card to tha Banded Goose Brewery downstairs. Great food. Great drinks. The room itself was awesome. Clean and unique, and everyone involved there made us feel very welcomed. The location of Heart & Hops allows for walking most of Kingsville's downtown area as well. This was a really enjoyable stay.
We attended a wedding held in the brewery on the main floor, and booked a room upstairs to stay the night. There's free municipal parking behind the building, the room was clean and comfy, they had a 'Bring Fido' rate so we had the option to bring our dog with! They had a plush dog bed and water and food bowls available in the room. The virtual check in was very simple, staff were extremely responsive and kind over text, and the reception at the Banded Goose was lovely! The reception was over early and the bar closed afterwards, but if you stay on a night with later hours downstairs, they also have complimentary ear plugs on your bedside tables.
What a great spot! Extremely clean and cozy. A virtual Bed and breakfast vibe. The banded goose brewery is worth a stop in. Great food and Beer. The cocktails are very tasty too plus friendly knowledgeable staff. we will be back and will be recommending to friends
